Hi, Karen,
Have you tried asking the supermarket manager where you shop to stock the plain flavor?

Hi Im on a no sugar diet at the moment due to colitis with chron's. I'm trying the french roast bag and its very nice. I added some almond mild and its fine. There is a reaction when I poured in the almond milk with small amounts of dotted mild. No complaints here! Because i cant have sugar, i'm wondering how much I will get fro a cup. Thanks for a good product.

I've been buying Green Valley lactose free yogurt for some time, and love their products. Unfortunately my supermarket only stocks the vanilla and strawberry flavors, and they sell out so quickly that they don't always have these products in stock. I've been hankering after some good old PLAIN but lactose-free yogurt, and have just discovered that Green Valley also offer this flavor after I went web-searching. So happy! Now how do I get to find this plain product in my local area, or could I please order this over the internet? That would make me even happier. Thank you Tamara for your well-informed and researched articles.

Just made a double batch of these and they are great! Love the clarification on muffin vs. cupcake! And good for you for confiscating muffins. I should start doing that with my patients' Rockstars!

Thank you Tamara. I'll try harder not to shake, but to gently swirl to get the fat back into the milk, and see how that goes.
