		<description>This is EXCELLENT. Working in public health in Detroit&#039;s inner city I am always on the look out for more healthy preparations of familiar foods. Just did a collard and black eyed pea soup which was VERY well received.  These tacos look excellent too. I will make them for a food demo I have coming up! YUM.
