		<description>This pie looks absolutely scrumptious! I usually make my pies crustless. This one would only need 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour added to the batter. That would give it enough substance to stand on its own. For folks who have Puffins on hand though, your pie crust would be delicious. :-) So glad you shared this post on The Gluten-Free Lifestyle Carnival!
