		<description>I *heart* sugar snap peas too.  I&#039;m still waiting for the plants in our garden to start growing pods, then I&#039;m eating them straight from the vine (or whatever it&#039;s called!).

Interesting re the iron. 1.3mg is not that shabby an amount compared with some veggies.  All the more excuse to eat plenty of &#039;em I say.</description>
