		<description>How right you are about the cost of morels.  $32/pound at our local farmers&#039; market this weekend.  Luckily, twice this spring we&#039;ve found them in the woods.  Saturday&#039;s score ended up sliced thin lengthwise and sauteed with asparagus, onions and garlic and some leftover roasted chicken over whole wheat pasta in a sauce made of chicken broth and white wine.  Simple and tasty.  While I just stumbled across your blog today, I think I&#039;ll be reading it a bit more.  Your food interests/philosophies seem similar to mine.</description>
