Luckily, twice this spring we've found them in the woods. Saturday's score ended up sliced thin lengthwise and sauteed with asparagus, onions and garlic and some leftover roasted chicken over whole wheat pasta in a sauce made of chicken broth and white wine. Simple and tasty. While I just stumbled across your blog today, I think I'll be reading it a bit more. Your food interests/philosophies seem similar to mine.
