This is a great posting! We love refried beans--I always keep around a can for an easy on-the-fly dinner of make your own burritos with whole wheat tortilla wraps. I usually use the Amy's or the WFs refried beans choices you suggested, but now I will have to try the Eden! (of course I am sure you already well know this tip), but w/ my refried bean burritos I use some LF greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it is delicious! and my daughter likes to make a smiley face when she makes her burrito - using whatever veggies we have around for eyes and nose and mouth.
