		<description>I love Buckwheat groats. I am looking to sprout them. Just need to know how to do it. I do an amazing water that is great for all. It is very alkaline. Helps to raise up your pH so that the body can heal itself.If anyone sprouts these please let me know. Thank you.</description>

		<description>As long as you&#039;re eating all parts of the ground up Kasha groats, it shouldn&#039;t lose anything nutritionally, though the carbohydrate may digest faster and therefore hit your bloodstream faster due to the manual breakdown of the grain your blender took care of (sort of like &quot;pre-digestion&quot;).  But we&#039;re really splitting hairs here... the difference should be negligible.</description>
